Age verification is an operational requirement, not a suggestion or a checkbox
How ZH88 Confirms Age
At Registration
Date of birth is entered during account creation
Where possible, this is cross-checked against the payment method linked to the account
Inconsistencies between stated age and other account signals trigger a manual review before full account activation
At First Reward Transfer
Every user requesting their first reward transfer must complete identity verification before funds are released
Accepted documents: Pakistani CNIC, Pakistani passport, or another government-issued photo ID with a visible name and date of birth
Document details must match the account registration information exactly
On an Ongoing Basis
ZH88 compliance staff may request updated documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle
Users who do not provide documentation when requested remain restricted until verification is resolved

Android’s built-in Digital Wellbeing and app lock features allow specific apps to be PIN-protected
Router-level parental controls can block zh88.com and the zh88 app across all connected devices
If you believe a minor has accessed or registered on ZH88, contact support immediately — reports are handled promptly and discreetly
When Verification Cannot Be Completed
An in-app notification or support message requests the required documentation
The account enters a restricted state — existing balance is preserved but reward transfers are paused
The compliance team reviews submitted documents within 24 to 48 hours
If the document confirms the minimum age, all restrictions are removed immediately
If the document shows the user is under 18, the account is permanently closed and top-up amounts are refunded
Reporting a Suspected Underage Account
Contact ZH88 support through WhatsApp or in-app chat with a general description of the concern
Detailed personal information about the individual is not required to open an investigation
All reports are handled confidentially
