ZH88 is restricted to users who meet all of the following.

You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration

You are not in a jurisdiction where using entertainment platforms of this type is explicitly prohibited

You are registering as a real individual under your own identity

You have not previously been permanently removed from ZH88 under any account

ZH88 may request identity or payment verification at any point in the account lifecycle

Accepted documents include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or another government-issued photo ID

Payment verification may require confirmation that the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account used for top-ups is registered in the user’s own name

Accounts where verification is requested but not completed remain restricted until documentation is received

Reward transfers are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying top-up

Promotional match credits require applicable activity conditions to be fully met before the matched amount qualifies for transfer

Identity verification must be current before any reward transfer is processed

ZH88 may hold or decline a transfer where fraud, a policy violation, or pending verification is present

Automated tools, bots, or scripts used to interact with any part of the platform are a permanent removal offense

Coordinating with other users to manipulate session outcomes is prohibited

Exploiting software errors for financial gain rather than reporting them violates these terms

Abusive or threatening conduct toward other users or ZH88 staff results in immediate account action

Accounts may be suspended without advance notice during active policy or fraud investigations

Confirmed violations result in permanent closure — remaining balance may be forfeited where violations are established

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time — pending reward transfers are processed before closure is finalized
